About the event
As we move into Autumn, this workshop offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and support the body through seasonal change. In Chinese medicine, Autumn is linked to the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, associated with breath, immunity, and letting go.
The session includes yin yoga and breath work, followed by restorative Savasana with acupuncture, and finishes with a grounding cup of tea.
