At Joy, our yoga classes are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re seeking strength, stillness, or soulful connection. From flowing Vinyasa and deeply restorative Yin to therapeutic and trauma-informed practices, our classes welcome all bodies, all abilities, and all stages of life. Step into a space where movement becomes medicine, breath brings you home, and joy is gently reawakened.

Our Pilates classes are crafted to build strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out. Whether you're returning postnatally, just starting your movement journey, or looking to deepen your core connection, we offer inclusive mat-based Pilates for every body. With a focus on alignment, breath, and gentle progression, our classes are both uplifting and empowering — all in a warm, welcoming space where joy is part of the practice.

Designed to support strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing, our Movement for Vitality classes offer gentle resistance-based movement in a safe, inclusive space. Perfect for those in midlife, menopause, or managing health conditions, these sessions focus on functional movement, balance, and confidence. Move at your own pace, reconnect with your body, and rediscover the joy of feeling strong and supported.
