Joy Wellness Studio Refund Policy
1. Class Passes & Memberships
All class passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiry dates are clearly stated and cannot be extended unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical issue with a doctor's note).
If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with an Intro Offer before committing to a pass or membership.
2. Event & Workshop Bookings
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full credit or refund (less any booking fees, if applicable).
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but you may request to transfer your booking to another person (with prior notice).
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
3. Private Sessions
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
4. Class Cancellations (Studio-Initiated)
If we cancel a class, event, or session, you will receive a full credit or refund.
In the rare case of studio closure (e.g., weather, health orders), options for online classes or refunds will be offered.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of serious illness, injury, or unexpected life events. Please contact us directly to discuss.
