At Joy Wellness Studio, we feel privileged to have such a wealth of expertise on our team. Our teachers guide and support our members with skill, compassion, and a shared passion for wellbeing.

Saskia Davies
Saskia, co-founder of Joy Wellness Studio, has 25+ years’ experience in health coaching, yoga, and body therapy. She empowers women through retreats, classes, and coaching, supporting transformation and holistic wellbeing.

Anke Gordon
Anke brings over 20 years of Pilates experience, blending her nursing and fitness background. She helps clients build strength, balance, and joy through mindful movement.

Kamila Peremska
Kami, a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, integrates biomechanics with mindful movement. Her classes focus on alignment, strength, and longevity, helping clients feel balanced, resilient, and strong.

Leila Joffe
Leila is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and registered homeopath. Her classes offer a powerful blend of breath, movement, music, and meditation to awaken body, mind, and spirit.

Crystal Kong
Crystal is a trauma-informed yoga teacher who creates safe, nurturing spaces. Her classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, and compassion to support body awareness, emotional balance, and inner strength.

Florentina Tudorie
Flora draws on 14 years of yoga practice and training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Breathwork. She guides dynamic, healing classes with warmth, compassion, and support.

Bruce Davies
Bruce, with a background in professional sports and rehab, leads intuitive classes that blend strength, functional movement, yoga, and breathwork—helping people feel good in body and mind.

Sarah Freear
Sarah is a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher with 20+ years of practice. She offers inclusive classes for all levels and also supports children’s rehabilitation through yoga and breathwork.
